Marco Ellerker, President, Global Marketplace
Mr. Ellerker was appointed as our President of Global Marketplace in August 2024 and prior to that he served as Senior Vice President & General Manager Deckers EMEA, Japan and Asia Pacific markets, where he was instrumental in re-positioning the UGG brand, as well as the strategic development of HOKA in these regions. Mr. Ellerker has over 25 years of industry experience and was previously Global President of the Lifestyle Division at Pentland Brands and a member of the global Executive Team, where he held leadership roles covering the US, EMEA and Asia on the Lacoste, Ted Baker & Ellesse brands. He received a B.A. with honors in Business Studies from South Bank University in London.
