Deckers Outdoor Announces Settlement with Romeo & Juliette, Inc.

GOLETA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Deckers Outdoor Corporation (NASDAQGS: DECK) and Romeo & Juliette, Inc. and Tom Romeo jointly announced today that they have reached a settlement in Deckers Outdoor Corporation v. Tom Romeo and Romeo & Juliette, Inc. The litigation was resolved to the parties’ mutual satisfaction, by mutual agreement.
